The Sentencing Project’s 2021 ‘The Color of Justice: Racial and Ethnic Disparity in State Prisons” report found the following statistics:
- Black Americans are incarcerated in state prisons 5x the rate as White Americans.
- This is even worse when the U.S. Census Bureau has white Americans as being 60% of the majority.
- And African Americans as 13.4% of the entire US (with 55% of us in the South)
- The report found that one in 81 Black adults per 100,000 ppl in the U.S. is serving time in a State prison.
- In 12 states, more than half of the prison population is Black.

We create quality, innovative, and proactive products and services for the Disproportionately Affected, Marginalized Minority (D.A.M.M.) community. Our proactive books and courses focus on the 'Big Three' subjects the D.A.M.M. community are often undereducated in; Criminal Justice literacy, Civics, and Financial Literacy. The often intentional lack of education for minorities in these three areas helps feed the school-to-prison pipeline and increases Mass Incarceration.
